I can't thank Itsuki and Summer enough for the service they provide! Both of my cats managed to get injured within a couple of weeks of each other so I've had two visits with Itsuki and Summer. Both times communication and service has been prompt, and the care they provided my cats was kind and gentle and put me at ease. Putting the cats in the car to take them to the vets is a big stress so it's nice not having to do that. Bruce and Pete are both on the mend and feeling much better now. With having two male dogs from the same litter, outings can prove difficult and stressful for both our dogs and us alike - especially when it comes to going to a vet clinic. When I heard about the opportunity for a house call for our routine immunisations I was ecstatic. Summer and Dr Itsuki were fabulous - very kind and caring towards the dogs. The dogs were excited to have visitors so were totally relaxed in their own environment and the checkup and immunisation process was a breeeze. I highly recommend them both and their service.

We’ve had nova vets out a couple of times now to give our German shepherd his monthly injection for arthritis. Having them come to our home has been incredible. Our dogs are super comfortable with them and love having visitors come over so there’s a whole heap less stress and anxiety for our dogs rather than going to the vet clinic. It has also saved me the better part of an hr and half each month driving to and from the vets and waiting for my appointment and it’s even worked out cheaper. Highly recommend the team here. And I wish in home vet care had been around before, it’s so much nicer for all involved.
